SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely to surgery and concerns a way of an estimation of reactance of an organism at sick with a diffuse peritonitis. The method consists in determination of the basic criteria (quantity of leucocytes, presence of band neutrophils, presence of unripe forms of leucocytes) and additional criteria (temperature reaction, level of a glucose, the general fiber of blood, daily fluctuation of a systolic BP, indicators of toxicity of blood plasma at presence at the patient not less than 1 core and 2 additional or not less than 2 cores and one additional criterion define pathological reactance of an organism.

EFFECT: possibility of prediction of risk of development of a serious sepsis and multiorgan insufficiency at early stages.
