SUBSTANCE: balancing device comprises casing with shielded transmission lines located inside, which are connected parallel at unbalanced input and in-series at balanced output; the lines are made as two sectors of coaxial cable with their shields closed against each other. Each shielded transmission line is wound as two-layer cylindrical spiral with alternating turns of the inner and outer layers.
EFFECT: increasing throughput along with keeping good matching and balance in a wide frequency range.
