FIELD: food production technology.
SUBSTANCE: prepared poultry is cut, fried without fat addition and grinded. Prepared onions and garlic are cut, browned in melted butter and grinded. Prepared almonds and walnut kernels are grinded and fried. Prepared dill leaves is exposed to freezing, better slow freezing and grinded. Prepared beans is boiled until 150% of weight increase and grinded. Prepared rice is boiled until mass doubles and ground in mincer. The above components are mixed with fish broth, tomato paste, table salt and CO2-extracts of specified myxomycete biomass and black pepper. The obtained mix and mayonnaise is packed, hermetically sealed and sterilised producing the desired product.
EFFECT: higher assimilability compared to similar culinary dish.
