FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method of delayed coking of oil residues includes preheating of initial raw material, feeding it for mixing with diluent in separate mixing tank, secondary heating of the mixture to coking temperature. A recycle heavy coking gas oil is used as diluent in amount of 5-15% of initial raw material and compounding additives in the form of bottom residue from installation of catalytic cracking of vacuum gas oil or mazut with use of ultradispersed suspension catalyst or their mixture in ratio with recirculation from 1:1 to 2:1.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
