FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to oil-refining industry, specifically to thermal black oil processing methods, and can be used for black oil production. Invention refers to method black oil processing method, including stock heating in heating furnace, viscosity breaking in soaking chamber at temperature 420-440°C, cooling of viscosity breaking products after soaking chamber, separation of gas, distillate fractions and residue in fractionator; stock heating to temperature max. 405°C in convection section of heating furnace. Temperature in soaking chamber is kept up due to activator supplied to lower part and overheated to temperature 430-460°C in soaking section of heating furnace. Activator is any distillate fractions separated from reaction viscosity breaking mixture of oil residues.
EFFECT: development of effective black oil processing method.
