FIELD: physics, measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns field of the analysis of materials, preferentially oils, in particular for estimation of their influence on surfaces of details of drives in bands of heats, and can be used in the chemical and petrochemical industry. Installation contains the warmed estimate device having the bastard shape which temperature field is checked by five thermoelectric couples. This device is erected with a declination in a heat-insulating box closed from above by the transparent glass, having a scale of length of an estimate device. A site with adjournment on length of an estimate device measure using an optoelectronic measuring instrument. An estimate of propensity of oils to HTA formation carry out on an exponent of temperature of the beginning of formation of adjournment on a surface of an estimate device with block application with setting devices of modes of trial in it. The block is related to thermoelectric couples, the data unit of presence of oil in a dosing mechanism and a heater.
EFFECT: increase of accuracy and reliability of effects of an estimate of propensity of oils to formation of HTA with simultaneous expansion of the nomenclature of the analysed oils at making test specifications, close to requirements of internal combustion engines (ISE) operation.
