FIELD: physics, nuclear physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to nuclear power engineering, specifically to sewage treatment forms in nuclear and radiochemical industry, as well as to ways of natural aqueous medium radioactive decontamination. Liquid radioactive waste treatment process consists as follows. Solution is processed in electrochemical device with titanium alloy soluble electrodes. Thereafter radionuclides are adsorbed, thus separated. Therefore solution is filtered through carbon sorbent layer.
EFFECT: higher radioactive impurity capacity of sorbent, for higher purification efficiency and lower power and material consumption within treatment process.
