SUBSTANCE: method implies specifying immune response to a hypoallergic protein series; minimal response value is considered as negative control, immune response to a specific antigen from this or that food product is defined and allergenicity coefficient is calculated according to the formula below: K = product response / negative control response. In case 2.0>K≥1.5 the product is not recommended for frequent use (not more than once a week), in case K≥2.0 the product is completely excluded from the feeding ration.
