FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine, namely to dietology and immunology, and can be used for organism improvement. The way includes definition of the maintenance of immunoglobulins of subclass IgG4-antitsl, a specific foodstuff to antigens in blood serum of the patient. At indicators above 7 mkg/ml, these products are excluded from food allowance. Products causing IgE-mediated hypersensitivity of 1 type from food allowance are also excluded. After that a daily food allowance of other products is made for the patient from references to use not more than 2-3 names of foodstuff per one time at their daily alternating.
EFFECT: method increases efficiency of improvement of an organism, including depression of excess weight at the expense of optimisation of a food and metabolism correction at elimination of negative influence of foodstuff on an organism in each specific case.
