FIELD: medicine, dietology. SUBSTANCE: content of immunoglobulins of IgG4- antibodies subclass specific to antigens out of that or another food product is detected in patients' blood serum. At their content being above 7 mcg/ml the corresponding product is excluded from the diet to decrease the values of IgG4 up to 7 mcg/ml and lower. The method provides body sanitation and the decrease of excessive weight due to metabolic correction. It could be used in choosing an adequate diet for every individual patient. EFFECT: higher efficiency of correction.
