FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, cutting and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with sugar, salt, calcium lactate, black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access, packing the obtained mix and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
