FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. The canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating beet and horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, packing the meat, obtained mixture and bone broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows receiving preserves, having the improved digestibility in comparison with the same culinary dish.
