SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food. Canned food is cooked by cutting and blanching cucumbers and tomatoes, cutting and freezing lettuce, blanching and grating horseradish, mixing the said ingredients with acetic acid, sugar, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaf without oxygen access, cutting rabbit meat, packing rabbit meat, obtained mixture and sour cream, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this invention allows to manufacture new canned food having higher digestibility as compared to similar culinary dish.
