FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method includes preparation of the prescribed ingredients, cutting and freezing spring onions. Beetroot and horseradish are blanched and grated. The above ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, salt, calcium acetate, black pepper and laurel leaves without oxygen access. Poultry meat is cut and packed together with the obtained mixture and bone broth in containers, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar dish.
