FIELD: food production process.

SUBSTANCE: proposed preserve preparation process is as follows: green onions are chopped and frozen, horseradishes are blanched and grated; the above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with acetic acid, sugar, culinary salt, calcium acetate, hot black pepper and laurel lea under oxygen-free conditions. Poultry meat is sliced. Poultry meat, resultant mixture and bone broth are packaged, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
