SUBSTANCE: canned food is cooked by boiling, shelling and cutting chicken eggs, cutting and blanching potatoes and radish, cutting and freezing spring onions and dill, cutting fish fillet, mixing the listed ingredients without oxygen access with fermented white cabbage, sour cream, sugar, salt, calcium lactate and mustard, boiling the kvass, packing the obtained mixture and kvass, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: improved digestibility.
