Method of preserved food production includes hen's eggs boiling, peeling and grinding in mincer, potatoes and cucumbers cutting, blanching and grinding in mincer, green onions and dill freezing and grinding in mincer, calamari fillet grinding in mincer, kvass boiling, mixing of specified components with sour cream, sugar, table salt and CO2-extract of mustard, packing of prepared mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
