FIELD: food processing.
SUBSTANCE: prepared hen's eggs are boiled, shelled and chopped with grinding machine. Prepared potatoes and radish are cut, parboiled and chopped with grinding machine. Spring onions and dill are cut and exposed to freezing, preferably to fast freezing and chopped with grinding machine. Fish fillet and sour green head cabbage are chopped with grinding machine. Kvass is boiled till foam disappears. The above-mentioned components are mixed with sour cream, sugar, salt, and CO2-mustard extract. The mixture is packed into aluminum tubes. Thereafter, it is sealed and sterilised and the target product is prepared.
EFFECT: enhancement of dish digestibility.
