FIELD: medicine; vertebrology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes transpedicular introduction of screws in vertebrae lying higher and lower than injured vertebra. Reposition of vertebrae and their stabilisation by means of immersible system is carried out. Reposition of vertebrae is realised by means of apparatus of outer fixation, whose support plates are mounted on transpedicular screws though elongated projecting bars with possibility of movement relative to each other. Two vertebrae are fixed by means of one support plate; stabilisation of vertebrae is carried out with rigid fixation by means of apparatus after elimination of all spine displacements, after which apparatus of outer fixation is removed.
EFFECT: simultaneous elimination of old spine deformations.
