FIELD: construction, highway engineering.
SUBSTANCE: inventions are related to construction of railway and directly to method to form alternating rail gauge of railway from track section of circular curve with wider rail gauge to straight track section with nominal rail gauge, and may find application in trunk lines, tunnels, underground railways and in spur tracks of industrial enterprises. Method used to change rail gauge of railway from track section of circular curve with rail gauge Sc, to straight track section with rail gauge Ss consists in the fact that slab tracks of identical dimension type are used in sections of circular curve and transition curve, with distance Lp between support surfaces of anchor part along each track rail, as for straight track section, but increased distance Ak between support surfaces of anchor parts that form rail gauge of two track rails. Rail gauge is changed in transition curve by value t in every step i by displacement of both internal and external rail by means of rail inserts with different thickness of vertical flange fiinternal on internal side of track and fiexternal on external side of track, at that fiexternal is not less than thickness fs of rail insert vertical flange for straight track section. Rail gauge Si of every step i is formed at least on four rail support zones. Slab track for track section in circular and transition curves is arranged in the form of reinforced concrete bar of alternating section with inbuilt anchor parts with distance Lp between support surfaces of anchor part for every track rail in compliance with straight track section. Anchor parts are embedded with inter-anchor distance Ak between support surfaces of anchor parts for two track rails that form rail gauge in track section of curve.
EFFECT: simplification of assembly technology of rail-sleeper grid, provision of simple adjustment with application of single-type slab tracks for circular and transition curves of railway, and also exclusion of additional operations of sleeper assortment and lower chances for inclusion of sleeper of another dimension type.
