FIELD: heating systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to kitchen equipment ventilation. Device consists of at least one vent hood (10) installed above kitchen equipment (11). In each vent hood (10) there is connecting element (27) of exit air, which is meant for connecting vent hood (10) to exhaust duct (12) referring to ventilation system. Device also includes separator (15) intended for separating fat from exit air, chamber (14) which is installed after vent hood (10) and separately from vent hood (10), and wherein installed is separator (15), and which is connected to exhaust duct (12). Chamber (14) is located separately from vent hood (10) and is provided with devices (17-20) meant for regulating speed, quantity and/or temperature of the air being mixed in chamber (14) so that speed, quantity and temperature of the air being mixed in chamber (14) can correspond to the values required for contact with separator (15), and differed by the fact that devices (17-20) include temperature sensor (18) installed in chamber (14) and connected to separator (15), and heat exchanger (17), electric motor (19) and ventilation grid (20) as well, which are connected to the connecting element (25) for the purpose of air intake, and control of speed, quantity and/or temperature of taken air; at that heat exchanger (17), electric motor (19) and ventilation grid (20) are connected to temperature sensor (18) in order to control them.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of kitchen equipment ventilation installation.
