FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: proposed space meals characterised by increased digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods are prepared as follows: chicken eggs are boiled, peeled and minced; potatoes are sliced, blanched and strained; cucumbers are sliced, blanched and minced; green onions are frozen and minced; sorrel and spinach are frozen and chopped; meat is cut and minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with culinary water, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extract of the specified species myxomycetes biomass. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
