FIELD: alimentary products, preservation.
SUBSTANCE: invention deals with the process of production of preserved pre-cooked first-course lunches for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space. The preserve production process includes the following activities: boiling, peeling and grinding chicken eggs, freezing and chopping sorrel and spinage, slicing, blanching and grinding cucumbers, freezing and grinding bunch onion and green dill, grinding calamar fillet, mixing the above-mentioned ingredients with sour cream, culinary water, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extract of the specified species micromicetes biomass, packaging the mix in aluminium tubes, vacuum sealing and sterilisation. The process enables production of preserves intended for alimentation of cosmonauts when in space which are characterised by enhanced digestibility properties as compared to traditional pre-cooked products of the kind.
