FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: proposed water electrostatic sprayer comprises a water container, capillary apparatus for transferring water with a water inlet end and an emitter end on the other side, first electrode, applying an electric charge to water from the end of the emitter, a second electrode, opposite the end of the emitter, and a cation exchanger. The first and second electrodes are connected to a voltage source. The water is moved from the container to the capillary apparatus, which includes the end of the emitter, from which ionised water particles fall under the effect of voltage, applied to the end of the emitter and the opposite electrode. The cation exchanger removes Ca2+ and Mg2+ type minerals from water, passing through the capillary apparatus or from water through the outlet of the container, such that, the ions cannot precipitate in the region at the end of the emitter in form of CaCO3 or MgO, formed from reaction of CO2 with surrounding air.

EFFECT: reliable electrostatic spraying for a long period of time.
