SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of maintenance and repair of machines and equipment, in particular, to methods for testing of displacement rotary pumps. Method of pump testing consists in creation of test pressure at pump discharge and measurement of testing liquid flow rate at the pump suction, while pump shaft is fixed. Method reduces energy intensity of testing process, metal intensity and cost, and provides for universality of test bench.

EFFECT: reduction of testing process energy intensity, lower metal intensity, lower cost and universality of test bench.
