SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction and can be used in repair of pipelines. The encapsulant enclosure is produced from impermeable film and is filled with thickening paste. The proposed encapsulant is pressed into a hole until a bubble is formed on the hole opposite side. Note that on the side of pressing in the encapsulant, its remainder part also forms a bubble covering the hole. In fact, the proposed encapsulant represents a soft rivet that tightly fills the hole like it does with its outer edges. The paste is thickened, the hole is sealed. In the proposed invention, described are also the examples of jointing two parts together, one-side riveting, fixing a part in the hole and the method of producing the encapsulant.
