FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for fastening operations for temporary connection of structure elements consists of two functional parts: fixture element and auxiliary element corresponding to squirting facility. The fixture element corresponds to a bunch of split rings -flexible components. With their middle part they are rigidly tied with an internal part of an enveloping ring. They are directed so, that each plane wherein the flexible component is inscribed divides the enveloping ring into equal sectors. The squirting facility consists of a cartridge with an opening on its bottom wherein a piston rod is inserted. Travels of the piston rod inside the cartridge are limited with length of the said rod. The fixture element in its primary position is located inside the squirting facility so, that unlocked ends of the said flexible components abut against walls of internal surface of the cartridge. The procedure for implementation of the said device for fastening operations consists in insertion of the squirting facility into matched openings of connected structure elements introducing the cartridge into the said matched openings. Further the piston rod of the squirting facility is pressed out into the cartridge projecting at about one third of bunch length of flexible components beyond boundaries of matched openings. Also free ends of the flexible components, while bending, abut against external surface of an external structure element opposite to the point of introduction. After that the squirting facility is moved back taking the cartridge beyond boundaries of the said matched openings. Notably, the bunch of flexible components also comes out of the limits of the squirting facility cartridge due to abutment of external ends against surface of the said external structure element. As a result, opposite internal ends of the flexible components are freed and, bending in the same way as the external ones, they abut against surface of another fastened structure element. The flexible components thus form bulk structures around an inlet and outlet of the matched openings. Each bulk structure corresponds to a half of torus cut with secant plane around circular axial line of the given torus, in this way mutually fixing the structure elements.
EFFECT: facilitating assembly and disassembly of fixture elements, and additionally fixture element is automatically adjusted to length of matched openings of fastened elements.
