FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of orthopaedic mattress consists in manufacture of mattress cover with parallel channels, every of which has one open and one closed end. Open and dead ends in neighboring channels of mattress cover are arranged as oppositely directed. Mattress cover filling with filler, having heat-reflecting properties, is at first realised via open ends of one group of channels, in which open ends are located on one side of mattress cover, then - through the other group of channels, in which open ends are located on the other side of mattress cover. After channels have been filled with filler, open ends of every group of channels are sewn up to form the second seam at the dead ends of neighboring channels of the other group of channels.
EFFECT: possibility to provide continuous extent of mattress cover filling with filler.
