Adaptive massage-traction mattress contains sections of different size and shape of the cross-section connected together and filled with filler. Sections are filled with different filler density and different filling density, the mattress contains at least two layers of fabric covering located at the top and bottom of at least two layers of resilient elastic material, connected by a transverse mechanical stitch of the straight stitch, which is successively repeated along the entire length of the working surface of the mattress with the formation of hollow cavities transverse to the longitudinal axis of the mattress. Inside the hollow cavities are inserted reinforcing inserts to form the working surface of the mattress, which has a shape in the form of at least one undulating relief with the possibility of its longitudinal expansion.
