FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and may be used for non-invasive blood sugar measurement. That is ensured by preparing a working instrument for blood sugar measurement, which uses a sample and an agent; the sample is an amount of patient's saliva, whereas the agent is a primary conglomerate of Glucose-Novo monoagent, wherein glucose oxidase additionally contains mutarotase. The amount of saliva and the primary conglomerate of the monoagent are placed into a tray to be mixed to produce a solution containing a final conglomerate of the monoagent and sugar in saliva, a spectral sensitivity of which achieving a threshold of 510 nm increases. The tray is put into the working instrument; a light source, which is a laser diode having a light wave length of 490-540 nm, as well as a selector filter applicable to generate a light beam having a wave length of 510 nm and focused onto the tray with the above solution are actuated. An optical detector controls a colour and optical density of the produced solution; a target blood sugar value is determined by means of a processor.
EFFECT: invention ensures simplifying and improving reliability of the blood sugar test procedure.
