FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: method for manufacture of multilayer filters from metal gauze by connection with flanges through polymer melt includes connection of not more than 10 metal gauzes through alternating annular layers of fluoroplastic powder activated by explosion into filtering element with its further pressing by pressure of 40-50 MPa and preparation of polymer layer with ratio between height of polymer layer and wire diameter of 5:1, with further assembly of filtering elements in packet that consists of not more than 60 layers and its connection to metal surfaces of flanges via sputtered layer of fluoroplastic activated by explosion.
EFFECT: due to presence of monolithic composition of metal and the most corrosion-resistant polymer ( fluoroplastic F-4) allows to considerably increate service life, reliability and operability in aggressive mediums.
