FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention can be used in chemical industry for making pigments, and fillers for rubber and plastics. At the first stage, raw materials are put into the reactor, combined with a stream of hot gases. A second stream of raw materials, comprising 15% of the total amount of raw materials, is added to the obtained precursor, consisting of primary soot in the reaction stream. Further, before and/or when adding the second stream of raw materials, at least one substance, containing at least one group 1A or group IIA element is added. After formation of the precursor, neither oxidant nor fuel is added. The first stream of raw material is added in the first temperature range and the second - in the second temperature range, the temperature difference of which is not less than 200°C. The input point of the first stream of raw material is approximately 1.6 m higher than the input point of the second stream of raw material. The obtained soot contains 30-150 cm3/100 g "ДБФ", has external surface area 10-180 m2/g, which is considerably larger than the external surface area of soot with the same "ДБФ" value, obtained during single-stage or multi-stage input of a stream of raw materials or without addition of a group IA or group IIA element.
EFFECT: obtaining soot, which can be used in making pigments, filler for rubber and plastics.
