SUBSTANCE: method is related to control of transmission speed. Method for control of transmission speed in mobile station for control of user data transmission speed in ascending communication line on the basis of dedicated absolute speed of transmission of user data in ascending communication line received along dedicated channel E-AGCH, which is sent with application of dedicated identifier for mobile station, or value of general absolute speed of user data transmission in ascending communication line received along common channel E-AGCH, which is transmitted with application of common identifier for mobile stations, which satisfy previously set condition, includes the following stages, at which the following is realised: value of general absolute speed of user data transmission on ascending communication line is saved in mobile station received along common channel E-AGCH; and saved value of common absolute speed of user data transmission in ascending communication line is deleted from mobile station, whenever service cell is changed for mobile station.

EFFECT: efficient application of radio resource.
