SUBSTANCE: offered tinned food production method provides for cutting, frying and shredding mutton, cutting, blanching and shredding hot pepper and cherry plums, blanching and shredding garlic, freezing and shredding spring onions coriander and estragon, mixing of listed ingredients with bone broth and salt, packing the obtained mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new canned space food features increased digestibility as compared to a similar dish.
