FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of fish preserved food for space meals. Preserves are manufactured by cutting, frying in melted butter and mincing mutton, cutting, blanching and mincing paprika and cherry plum, blanching and mincing garlic, freezing and mincing green onion, cilantro and tarragon, mixing the above components with bone broth, table salt and CO2-extracts of specified myxomycetes biomass, packing the obtained mix in aluminium tubes, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
