FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: recipe components are prepared. Mutton is fried in the melted butter and minced. Carrots, tomatoes and onion are cut, browned in the melted butter and minced. Potatoes, alycha, paprika and chili pepper are blanched and minced. Garlic is blanched and strained. Green is frozen and minced. Listed components are mixed with bone broth and salt. Resulting mix is packed into aluminium tubes, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
