FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food industry, namely to production of snack preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by cutting and blanching of raw onions and apples, blanching and grating of garlic, cutting of salty herring fillet, cutting and freezing of parsley leaves, mixing of specified components without oxygen access with acetic acid, sugar, table salt, calcium acetate, black bitter pepper, allspice tree, cloves, cinnamon and nutmeg, packing of prepared mixture and tomato paste, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: production of tinned food which has improved digestibility.
