FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: classifier of fine-dispersed powder in gaseous medium contains vibrator, circular lugged panel of different height, forming channels. Classifier is outfitted at least one additional panel. Each panel is divided by circular and/or radial partitions, at least for two sections with ribs of different height, defined by ratio: h=50·A2·f2/g+180·A·f·ξ/ρ·D2, where: h - rib height, cm; f - oscillation frequency of panel in rib area, 1/s; A - amplitude of oscillation of panel in rib area, cm; g - gravitational acceleration, cm/s2; ρ - particle density of the material, g/cm3; ξ - viscosity of gaseous medium, g/s·cm; D - diameter of powder particle, equal to fraction boundary value, cm. Each section is outfitted by feeder for supplying of powder and in each section in panel there are implemented holes for withdrawal of powder fractions.
EFFECT: increasing of yield product, improvement of quality, receiving of homogeneous by size powder.
