FIELD: powder metallurgy; sieving powders and other loose materials.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has sieve cloth, vibration drive and shell with hole made above sieve cloth; height of its lower edge found from mathematical expression is dependent on amplitude and frequency of vibrations of vibrosieve, viscosity of gas medium, density of material of granules and size of sieve material mesh. Plate is mounted in zone of hole at angle to tangential line not exceeding 90º at clearance between lower edge of plate and cloth not exceeding height of lower edge of hole.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of separation.
