FIELD: technological processes; electricity.
SUBSTANCE: joined surfaces are compressed by pressure that makes 0.7...0.95 from yield point of joined alloy at room temperature. Then they are heated to the temperature that is higher than alloy polymorphic transformation by 20...100°C, and junction zone is deformed with extent of deformation of 10...70% with simultaneous cooling of junction zone to the temperature that is lower than melt polymorphic transformation by 10...350°C. At this temperature isothermal curing is performed for 10...180 sec. at the pressure that makes 0.4...0.95 from melt yield point at the temperature of isothermal curing.
EFFECT: improved fatigue characteristics of junction with preservation of their strength characteristics at static loads, lower labour intensiveness and increased capacity of welding process.
