FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: matrix for car tyre recycling plants using pressure destruction includes a cage, two journals connected with the cage and made to be rotatable in bearings, and a pressure destruction grate in the form of a perforated cylindrical disk with a diameter to height ratio of more than 1. The pressure destruction grate has one cylindrical cavity on each end and the height of each cavity is 0.25 to 0.3 times the height of the grate. The pressure destruction grate either has one retaining ring press-fit on its outside face with the ring ends located in the planes of respective grate ends and the retaining ring has a radial ring flange on its outside face within its medium height portion, or the pressure destruction grate has two retaining rings press-fit on and a radial ring flange provided on its outside face within its medium height portion. The radial size of the ring flange exceeds the wall thickness of the retaining ring by the size of the caged portion projecting beyond the outer diameter of the ring. The retaining rings are placed on different sides of the said radial ring flange so that each ring has one end conjugated with the respective plane of the mentioned radial ring flange and the other end located in the plane of the respective grate end.

EFFECT: enhanced reliability and lifetime of the matrix while it is still dismountable.
