FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of sheet electrotechnical anisotropic steel (EAS), produced by nitride technology, including the silicon steel with the edge crystallographic texture {110} <001>. Steel melting and teeming, hot rolling, the first cold rolling, recrystallization-decarburizing annealing, the second cold rolling, high-temperature and straightening annealings are performed. Before the second cold rolling, the fragments of thin plastic material are applied to the steel strip, for example, the adhesive tape with the certain parameters, and the adhesive tape with thickness 0.08 mm on the fabric basis with one-sided glue application is used as the ductile material, the fragments of which have the square form with the side from 2 upto 3 mm, which are located at the distance of not more than 50±3 mm apart from each other along the width of the steel strip and 50⋅(1-ε)±3 mm along the steel strip length, where ε - the relative reduction of the steel strip during the cold rolling.

EFFECT: reduction of specific magnetic energy losses during magnetization reversal of the less energy-consuming and the most pure anisotropic steel.
