FIELD: ferrous metallurgy, possibly manufacture of textured electrical steels. SUBSTANCE: process is realized due to optimization of chemical composition of electrical anisotropic steel and changing technological mode of its conversion depending upon content of austenite- and ferrite-forming elements in metal after melting out. Process comprises step of changing temperature value during final stage of hot rolling at varying relation of concentration values of austenite- and ferrite-forming elements in steel.
