FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to foundation engineering and may be employed in versions of building of pile foundations in ever - frozen subsoils. Building method of pile foundation includes formation of a hole, gapped installation of a pile against its lateral walls, filling the gap between the lateral walls of the pile and the hole with sand, supply of water into the sand reaching its full water saturation followed by freezing. Pile is executed hollow in the form of a pile - cover. The pile is rested over the bottom of the hole and is placed in the cavity of the pipe of the cooling plant, followed by placing and packing of layers of sand into the gap between the lateral walls of the pile - cover and the hole and filling with water. Each layer of water saturated packed sand is frozen by supply of cold air through the cooling plant pipes. The gap and the cavity of the pile - cover is filled with sand and water up to the upper level of the border of the permafrost. Thereafter lower concrete lock is installed along the upper border of the sand filling, earth is removed in the area of the pile foundation above the upper border of the permafrost, upper part of the pile foundation is heat insulated and upper concrete lock is arranged over the upper border of the heat insulation.

EFFECT: durability of pile foundation increased bearing capacity and decreased material consumption.
