FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: purpose of the invention is intensification of influence of dynamic fixation facilities, and also usage of additional static facilities of rope fixation. Shut-locking device contains casing, rope, rigidly fixed by one end in "blind" hole and skipped in working condition by free end through open-end hole, facility of dynamic fixation of free end of rope in the form of two spring-load body of revolution. In casing it is installed protective ring, enveloping rope. Open-end hole consists of rectilinear - inlet and outlet parts and conjugating its curvilinear sections. Axis of inlet section of open-end hole is inclined downwards into side of external surface of casing, on which it is implemented cylindrical cutout, intersecting specified opening with bottom bevel to casing axis. Curvilinear section of open-end hole is implemented open upwards and allows on convex side of internal surface area of increased roughness.

EFFECT: reliability improvement of device by means of increasing of resistance against backward extraction of rope.
