SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the method of guidance of the defective zone on an optical disk with high density of record, and also to the device and the method of guidance and an effective data recording for the defective zone. The defective zone on the optical carrier of record of read only memory, for example, such as disk Blue-ray of read only memory (BD-WO), is effectively driven by means of the method which gives the chance to translocate and-or write down effectively data which are written down in the defective zone of the disk, for example, in reserve field as a part of field of data of disk Blue-ray of read only memory (BD-WO). During reproduction, the data given which are written down or replaced, can be read and are reproduced from the field which is distinct from the reserve field. The new information on the temporary defect list (TDFL) can register a memory fashion together with the previous information on the temporary defect list (TDFL) as the information on guidance of defects for the defective zone, or is recurring register, at least, twice in certain field of record, for example, fields of the record chosen from the following: bands of input, field of data and a terminating band so that to provide accuracy and reliability of a data recording about the temporary list of defects.
