SUBSTANCE: according to invention, normal reproduction of data recorded in defect zone of disk is provided by means of replacement recording operation. When defect is identified in specified sector in process of recording, data is recorded into reserve zone. In process of data recording, selective searching for location of information of temporary defects list is carried out, which is valid until disk finalisation, or information of defects list, which becomes effective on completion of disk finalisation. Information of temporary defects list is recorded in separated sector of recording, and it includes one or more indicators of defect zones data location, which identify detected defect zones. Information of record location and identification information provide for selective searching of defect lists information on completion of disk finalisation and are recorded together with information of defects list as information of disk description in zone of defects control separated in initial zone of disk.
