The handle is made in the form of a pivot arranged symmetrically in a horizontal direction above the cutting tool, such that a midpoint of said pivot is positioned above the cutting tool mechanical centre. The handle is arranged at an angle relative to the shank.
EFFECT: minimised overturning torque and lowered handling stresses.
