SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hand tools for household and horticultural work, mainly for digging and loosening the soil, weed control, snow removal. The hand tool contains a working body and a handle, including a receiving element with a cavity and an insert element placed in the cavity of the receiving element. Also includes one means of fixation in the form of a threaded connection with a rod part and two pressure parts, which is placed in the aligned through transverse holes of the receiving and insert elements with the possibility of transferring forces by the rod part of the fixing means to the receiving and insert elements in their longitudinal and circumferential directions, as well as by the first pressing part of the fixation means on the receiving element in its transverse direction. The handle is made with at least one telescopic connection. One of the openings of the receiving element is larger in at least one of the directions in comparison with the adjacent opening of the insert element, and the second pressure part of at least one fixation means is placed in the opening of the receiving element of a larger size with the possibility of transferring force to the insert element in its transverse direction and on the receiving element in its longitudinal and circumferential directions.
