SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the foodstuffs rich with complex of macro and micronutrients. The invention is a source of highly digestible proteins, dietary fibres, vitamins, minerals, dihydroquercetin, but it doesn't contain sugar or fat. The product contains a concentrated whey proteins with protein content of 70% - 20-80%, calcium lactate - 2-7%, pectin - 10-30%, lecithin - 0.1-7%, dihydroquercetin - 0.01-0.1%, vitamin premix - 0.1-1%, iron lactate - 0.1-5%, maltodextrin - 0.01-55%, converted starch - 0.01-10%. The product may be produced adding a sweetener without sugar, food grade dye and aromatising agent.

EFFECT: creation of the possibility to individialise the chemical composition and energy value of the ration considering the peculiarities of man's nutritive status, resulting in increase of performance ability and health preservation.
